Why we exist
Indian advocates spend a disproportionate amount of time on the mechanics of drafting — formatting cause titles, structuring running indexes, writing boilerplate jurisdictional paragraphs. This is time taken away from the work that actually requires legal judgment.
ChatGPT and similar tools cannot solve this. They do not know the difference between one HC format and another. They hallucinate case citations, invent provisions, and produce drafts that need to be restructured from scratch before filing.
