This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains the terms governing subscription payments, cancellations, renewals, refunds, billing adjustments, and related financial matters for the PleadFlow Platform. This Policy applies to all users who subscribe to any paid Service offered by PleadFlow Technologies Private Limited ("PleadFlow", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By purchasing or renewing a Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
PleadFlow offers a Free Plan that allows prospective users to explore the Platform before purchasing a paid Subscription. The Free Plan enables users to evaluate selected AI features, document generation capabilities, user interface, and workflow tools without providing payment information.
Because no payment is collected for the Free Plan, no refund, reimbursement, monetary adjustment, or credit is applicable. Users may stop using the Free Plan or close their account at any time without any cancellation fee or penalty.
Paid Subscription plans provide access to premium AI models, higher usage limits, advanced legal drafting features, and other benefits described on the Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis depending upon the plan selected during checkout.
Unless cancelled before the next billing cycle, paid Subscriptions automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted access to the Services. Users remain responsible for all applicable subscription charges until cancellation becomes effective.
PleadFlow follows a strict 'Try Before You Buy' philosophy. Since every user has the opportunity to evaluate the Platform through the Free Plan before making any purchase, payments made for paid Subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, or add-on credits are generally non-refundable.
No refund or credit will ordinarily be provided for unused subscription periods, partial usage, early cancellation, unused AI credits, dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, or a decision to discontinue use of the Platform after purchase. Users are encouraged to fully evaluate the Platform using the Free Plan before subscribing.
Users may cancel the automatic renewal of their Subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting PleadFlow before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not affect access to the Services for the remainder of the current paid billing period.
After cancellation, the Subscription will remain active until the end of the applicable billing cycle, after which the account will automatically revert to the Free Plan or any other plan then offered by PleadFlow, unless otherwise specified.
Although PleadFlow follows a strict non-refundable policy for paid Services, we recognise that genuine billing or technical errors may occasionally occur. Where a payment has been incorrectly processed due to a technical fault attributable to PleadFlow or its authorised payment service provider, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate corrective action.
Approved billing adjustments, where applicable, shall be processed only after verification of the transaction details and supporting evidence provided by the user. Any refund approved under this section shall be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same transaction or that an incorrect amount has been debited due to a payment gateway or technical error, you must notify PleadFlow as soon as reasonably practicable and preferably within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction.
To facilitate verification, you may be required to provide payment receipts, transaction reference numbers, bank statements, UPI references, or other relevant information. Once verified, duplicate or erroneous charges attributable to PleadFlow or its payment processors will be refunded to the original payment source in accordance with applicable banking timelines.
PleadFlow continuously monitors the availability and reliability of its Services. Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, network failures, cloud service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where a significant and prolonged service interruption substantially affects paid subscribers, PleadFlow may, at its sole discretion, provide an extension of the Subscription period, service credits, or other reasonable remedies. Such remedies are determined on a case-by-case basis and shall not constitute an admission of liability or an automatic entitlement to a monetary refund.
If you have any concern regarding a payment, subscription, or invoice, we encourage you to contact PleadFlow before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other financial institution. Many billing concerns can be resolved promptly through our support team.
Where a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated without a valid basis or without prior communication with PleadFlow, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the affected account while the matter is under investigation. Nothing in this section limits our right to pursue recovery of legitimately due amounts or to take appropriate legal action where necessary.
All Subscription fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be charged in accordance with prevailing laws and displayed during the checkout process wherever required.
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers. PleadFlow does not store complete debit card, credit card, or net banking credentials. Payment processing, settlement timelines, and security measures are subject to the policies and procedures of the relevant payment service provider.
If you have any questions regarding your Subscription, billing, cancellation, invoices, payment transactions, or this Policy, our support team will be pleased to assist you. We encourage users to contact us before initiating any payment dispute so that we may resolve the matter promptly and efficiently.

Any revised version shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.
Your continued use of the Services after the revised Policy becomes effective constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the updated Policy.
