These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", or "Your") and PleadFlow Technologies Private Limited ("PleadFlow", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the PleadFlow website, applications, software, artificial intelligence tools, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, clicking "I Agree", subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all access to and use of the Services. Your continued use of PleadFlow after any modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms: "Platform" means the PleadFlow website, applications, software and related services; "User" means any individual or organisation accessing or using the Platform; "User Content" means any documents, files, prompts, text, images, data or other information submitted by a User; "AI Output" means any draft, response, summary, pleading, contract, research, or other content generated by the Platform using artificial intelligence technologies; and "Subscription" means any free or paid access plan offered by PleadFlow.
Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to any law include any amendments, replacements, or re-enactments thereof.
PleadFlow is an artificial intelligence powered legal technology platform developed to assist advocates, law firms, businesses, students, and individuals with legal drafting, research, document management, workflow automation, and related productivity tools. PleadFlow is a software platform only and is not a law firm, legal practitioner, legal consultancy, or provider of professional legal services.
The Services are intended to assist users in preparing preliminary legal materials and improving productivity. The availability of AI-powered features does not alter the nature of the Platform as a technology service provider, and no feature should be interpreted as providing legal advice or professional legal representation.
Nothing contained within the Platform or any AI Output shall be construed as legal advice, legal opinion, professional consultation, or legal representation. The information and documents generated through the Services are provided solely for informational and drafting assistance purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional legal advice.
Use of the Platform does not create any advocate-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or confidential professional relationship between PleadFlow Technologies Private Limited and any User. Any legal decision, filing, execution, or reliance upon AI-generated content remains solely the responsibility of the User and, where applicable, the qualified advocate representing such User.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence models and automated technologies to generate drafts, summaries, legal research, contracts, petitions, notices, agreements, and other content. Artificial intelligence is an evolving technology and AI Outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated legal positions, incorrect citations, formatting issues, or other errors. PleadFlow does not warrant or guarantee the completeness, correctness, reliability, or suitability of any AI Output.
Every AI Output must be independently reviewed, verified, edited, and approved by the User or, where appropriate, by a qualified advocate enrolled with a Bar Council in India before being filed before any court, tribunal, authority, arbitrator, governmental office, or before being executed, relied upon, or shared with any third party. The User assumes full responsibility for all consequences arising from the use of any AI Output.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable law to create an account or use the Services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
Where the Platform offers advocate-specific features or verification, you agree to provide accurate Bar Council enrollment details and any additional information reasonably required for verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must promptly notify PleadFlow of any unauthorised access, suspected security incident, or misuse of your account.
PleadFlow offers both Free and Paid Subscription plans. The Free Plan allows users to evaluate selected features of the Platform without payment, subject to applicable usage limits. Paid Subscription plans provide access to additional features, higher usage limits, premium AI models, and other benefits as described on the Platform at the time of purchase.
Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected, and shall automatically renew unless cancelled before the commencement of the next billing cycle. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorise PleadFlow or its authorised payment service providers to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other charges to your selected payment method.
All fees payable for the Services are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes as indicated during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date throughout the Subscription period.
Refunds, cancellations, renewals, billing disputes, and credit adjustments shall be governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Nothing contained in these Terms shall modify or override the provisions of the Refund Policy.
You agree to use the Platform responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the legality, authenticity, and accuracy of all information, documents, prompts, and other content submitted by you through the Platform, and for ensuring that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authorisations to upload or process such content.
If you are a practising advocate or legal professional, you remain solely responsible for complying with the Advocates Act, 1961, the Bar Council of India Rules, applicable court rules, professional ethics, confidentiality obligations, and all other legal or regulatory requirements governing your professional practice. Your use of PleadFlow does not relieve or diminish any such obligations.
You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, harmful, or malicious purpose. Without limitation, you shall not use the Services to generate forged legal documents, fabricate judicial precedents or evidence, impersonate any person or authority, infringe intellectual property rights, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access to the Platform, or interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services.
Additional rules governing acceptable use of the Platform are contained in our Acceptable Usage Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Any violation of the Acceptable Usage Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
The Platform, including its software, source code, user interface, design elements, databases, workflows, trademarks, logos, trade names, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of PleadFlow Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, no licence or ownership rights are granted to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you retain ownership of your User Content. To the extent legally permissible, PleadFlow assigns to you any rights it may have in the specific AI-generated textual outputs created for your use. This assignment does not extend to the underlying software, AI models, algorithms, prompts, system architecture, datasets, or any proprietary technology used to generate such outputs.
You retain all rights, title, and interest in the documents, files, prompts, text, and other content submitted by you to the Platform. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to upload, process, and use such content through the Services.
You grant PleadFlow a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence solely to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, and analyse your User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Services. This licence automatically terminates when your User Content is deleted from the Platform, subject to applicable legal obligations, backup retention requirements, and our Privacy Policy.
The Platform may utilise or integrate third-party services, including artificial intelligence models, cloud infrastructure providers, payment gateways, authentication services, analytics tools, communication services, and other technology partners to deliver the Services. Such third-party services operate independently of PleadFlow and may be subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
PleadFlow is not responsible for any interruption, delay, inaccuracy, failure, data loss, or other issue arising solely from the acts, omissions, downtime, maintenance, or technical limitations of any third-party service provider. Your use of such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the applicable third-party terms.
PleadFlow continually develops and improves the Platform and may modify, update, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any feature, functionality, subscription plan, or service at any time where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement. We may also perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects the availability of the Services.
While PleadFlow endeavours to provide reliable and uninterrupted access, the Services are provided on an 'as available' basis, and we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.
PleadFlow reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services immediately, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Usage Policy, applicable law, infringed the rights of any person, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, compromised the security or integrity of the Platform, or otherwise used the Services in a manner that may expose PleadFlow or other users to legal or operational risk.
You may discontinue your use of the Services or cancel your Subscription at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy. Suspension or termination of your account shall not affect any accrued rights, outstanding payment obligations, or provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination.
THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL AI FEATURES, DOCUMENTS, RESEARCH, SUMMARIES, DRAFTS, AND AI OUTPUTS, ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLEADFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR AVAILABILITY.
PleadFlow does not warrant that any AI Output is legally accurate, procedurally compliant, suitable for filing before any court or authority, free from errors, or capable of meeting your particular legal or commercial requirements. Users are solely responsible for independently reviewing and verifying every AI Output before relying upon or using it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PleadFlow Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss of data, court costs, legal expenses, or any damages arising from reliance upon AI Outputs or interruption of the Services.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of PleadFlow arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by you to PleadFlow during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation shall apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PleadFlow Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and authorised representatives from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, penalties, fines, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your breach of applicable law or professional obligations, or your reliance upon or filing of any AI-generated document.
This obligation shall survive the suspension or termination of your account and the expiration or termination of these Terms.
PleadFlow shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, cloud infrastructure outages, power failures, pandemics, or changes in applicable laws or regulations.
During the continuance of any such event, PleadFlow's obligations shall be suspended to the extent affected by the event, and performance shall resume as soon as reasonably practicable.
By creating an account or using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from PleadFlow, including account notifications, security alerts, invoices, payment confirmations, service announcements, legal notices, product updates, and other communications relating to your use of the Platform. Such communications may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, or other electronic means permitted by applicable law.
You acknowledge that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be made in writing.
PleadFlow may revise or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, applicable laws, business practices, or operational requirements. The updated version shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
Your continued access to or use of the Services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Usage Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PleadFlow concerning the Services and supersede all prior understandings, communications, and agreements relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of PleadFlow. PleadFlow may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of its business or assets. The provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, governing law, dispute resolution, and any other provisions intended by their nature to survive shall continue to remain in effect notwithstanding the suspension or termination of your account or these Terms.
